SWPPP PREPARATION & GENERAL PERMIT COVERAGE
For projects that require coverage under California's Construction General Permit (CGP), we prepare Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and Notice of Intent (NOI) applications to receive permit coverage. Our experienced staff assists in making the plan preparation and permit approval process as simple and efficient as possible, so that our clients can save time and expand their budget.
STORMWATER INSPECTIONS, SAMPLING/ANALYSIS & ANNUAL REPORTS
Once construction commences, per the SWPPP and CGP guidelines, our qualified staff completes required stormwater inspections, sampling and analysis, and filing of annual reports. We take care of our client's stormwater documentation and sampling needs. Our goal is to keep projects in compliance with state and local permits throughout the duration of construction
PROJECT CLOSEOUT DOCUMENTATION & PERMIT TERMINATION
Once construction is complete and the site has acheived final stabilization, our staff will complete a final walk to make sure all SWPPP related tasks have been addressed and document the project's completion. As part of terminating the project's CGP coverage, we prepare a Notice of Termination (NOT) and file it through the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
